With 30 years experience in the property industry, McGowan's have established a successful and well known company.

With a large portfolio expanding across London, Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire, McGowan's have recently began working along side local councils and housing associations in all areas to provide housing to the local communities.

Our head office is based in the heart of Radlett, surrounded by a strong and tight knit community. McGowan's support local businesses and maintain great relationships with those who live in and around the area. 

McGowan's began running local Irish bars across London and keeping the spirit and craic of an Irish bar by hiring pub landlords and staff from Ireland. This became popular very quickly and bought a great atmosphere to the community and regular customers.

McGowan's have expanded their property portfolio and have focused on new builds, extensions and refurbishments, as well as managing Land & Commercial units.

In 2011, McGowan's became owner of the St Alban's Football Club at Clarence Park. The stadium has been the home of St Albans City Football Club for almost 100 years. SAFC are due to receive a brand new stadium following spectacular development plans.
