We are looking for a General Maintenance/Handy person to maintain and improve our portfolio of properties.
The role will suit someone with the following skills:
- Strong work ethic is a must have.
- Basic plumbing and electric knowledge.
- Experience in carpentry.
- Can install bathrooms and kitchens.
- Responding to and repairing leaks.
- Painting and decorating - clean and precise work.
- Keeping all communal areas clean, tidy and free of obstructions.
- Aware of Health and Safety measures for our HMO/Council properties.
- Good English and communication. Translation between Understanding of Albanian, Polish or Romanian will also be useful.
- Adhering to safety guidelines and maintaining a clean and organized work area.
The portfolio includes properties across North-West London, Central Bedfordshire, Dacorum and Hertfordshire.
We have a company van for work use - manual. You will need to have a valid, clean license which is suitable for manual.
The position is full time Monday to Friday with emergency call outs out of hours as and when required. Additional private work also available.
All our tenants are managed in-house, you will report to the Manager and the Director of the company.
